We have ISO 14001 certification, which entails that we work to minimize our environmental impact. We meet this objective through such activities as establishing environmental targets for our operations, increasing our employees’ competence in terms of environmental issues and continuously maintaining an environmental focus while improving our onboard operations and working in a preventive manner. Environmental aspects are also considered for newbuilds, and we endeavor to be innovative with respect to such factors as vessel design and equipment.
