With the objective of developing safe processes for Arctic offshore, a global council of independent experts from various parts of the world was formed. In addition to focusing on formulating various industrial standards and establishing a market for Arctic offshore, the council will build up a network of various industrial players. The council will also offer advice to Transatlantic’s customers pertaining to how their Arctic operations shall be conducted.
