Publication
TransAtlantic provides information that can affect its share price by distributing press releases. This shall occur as soon as possible after a decision has been made.
Period of silence
TransAtlantic applies a silent period of four weeks prior to publication of interim reports and annual reports. This means that during that period, TransAtlantic is not to discuss or make any comments regarding the financial results.
Rumor spreading
TransAtlantic's policy is not to comment on speculations or rumors that may appear on the market.
Information leaks
On suspicion of information leakage, determined in consultation with the Stockholm Stock Exchange of information leakage may be affecting the stock market. Then decide on action.
