The CEO is responsible for the day-to-day management of the company according to guidelines and instructions from the Board of Directors. TransAtlantic’s Management Team comprises the CEO and his immediate employees. The management team is responsible for planning, managing and monitoring the daily operations.

Meetings are normally held once per week and standing items on the agenda include the financial trend and issues pertaining to operations, strategies and development.
