TransAtlantic is governed through the Annual General Meeting, the Board of Directors and the President, in accordance with the Swedish Companies Act and the Swedish Code for Corporate Governance. 

Through openness and accessibility the company aims to enable stakeholders and authorities to follow the company's decision-making and understand where in the organization's responsibility and authority lies. 

TransAtlantic has adopted the Swedish Code of Corporate Governance since the 1st of July 2008.
