Our UK unit is strategically based in Hull on the River Humber, the focus area for trade with Scandinavia and the Baltic for centuries. TransAtlantic (Österströms) plays a central role in the operations of vessel traffic for the parent company, improving vessel turnarounds and the supply of information throughout the delivery chain enabling a more efficient service to our customers.
The business further co-ordinates terminal operations in Hull with facilities for stevedoring, warehousing and distribution by road and rail. All agency services are handled in-house.
In UK we also work on customer relations, marketing and on developing and streamlining our logistical solutions.
