The unit comprises contract-focused bulk transports using medium and small ice-classified vessels in the Baltic Sea, the Mediterranean and the North Sea for primarily forest and steel industries. Furthermore, TransAtlantic’s financial strength facilitates expansion through investments in new vessels or cooperation with other operators.

US east coast and the Caribbean

We have one vessel that traffics the US east coast, loading in Canada and unloading in several harbors in the US and/or the Caribbean and Northern South America, such as Venezuela, Colombia and Puerto Rico. The Caribbean is a growth market that is expected to develop in the future.
