TransAtlantic is operating within shipping and logistics, focused on quality and efficiency throughout. Headquarters are located in Gothenburg with several offices in Europe. Total amount of employees is approximately 850. The operation is divided into two business areas and the company’s B-shares are listed on the NASDAQ OMX Stockholm, Small Cap segment.

The two business areas are Industrial Shipping and Viking Supply Ships.

Viking Supply Ships is active within offshore and ice breaking, primarily in the arctic and subarctic areas. As one of the few players in the market, Viking Supply Ships possesses unique expertise in conducting operations in ice and harsh weather conditions. Its headquarters have been located in Copenhagen since 2011. Viking Supply Ships is also a wholly-owned daughter company with its own website: www.vikingsupply.com

Industrial Shipping transports goods, primarily for the basic Nordic industrial sector using bulk, container and RoRo vessels, with the Baltic Sea as its geographic base. This is combined with a logistics infrastructure in Europe, proprietary terminals in strategic locations, as well as a network for supplementary land transports. The headquarters have been located in Gothenburg since 2011. Industrial Shipping has around 40 vessels and about 450 employees, among 50% is sea based.
